The Pencil Rankings

The One Club and D&AD have joined forces to provide a creative ranking system for the advertising, design, interactive and communications industries at large.

At its heart is a simple mechanism: The Pencil Rankings, which are based entirely on how creative work has performed in the two most highly-regarded, rigorously-judged, not-for-profit shows in the world. The Pencil Rankings was developed between the two non-profit organizations to reflect a joint declaration of creative ideals and standards.

The Talk-o-Meter is an iPhone app that can monitor the voices in a conversation so that you can see who’s dominating a conversation and who’s the wallflower. Wicked :)



The new Nintendo Wii U pairs a more powerful, 1080p-capable Wii-like box with a controller sporting a 6.2-inch touchscreen, two analog sticks, a stylus, a front-facing camera, a full complement of buttons, an accelerometer and gyroscope, rumble capabilities, a microphone, and stereo speakers.
